Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly, or

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or items, or

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods, provided you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Email address: support@matchatherapy.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (email). You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but it is not mandatory. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, minus the delivery costs immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline expires. You bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please note that opened goods are excluded from exchange. If the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to accept the return. The non-collection of dispatched goods from the responsible post office will not be recognized as a withdrawal from the contract.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment is made. Any costs for return or collection are borne by the customer.
