Orders are shipped from different warehouses depending on your location.

We have multiple locations and warehouses in Europe (Austria, Germany) and the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on a Friday, it cannot be processed until the following Monday.

Your package will be shipped either with FedEx, UPS, Amazon Logistics, or the Austrian Post, depending on your location.

Your package is insured and has a traceable tracking number.

In Germany and Austria, you will usually receive your package within 3-5 business days of dispatch!

In other countries within Europe, you will usually receive your package within 3-7 business days of dispatch!

In the United Kingdom, you will also receive your package directly from the local warehouse in the UK and usually within 3-5 business days of dispatch!

In the USA/Canada, you will usually receive your package within 7-9 business days of shipment!

However, delivery may take longer in some regions of Europe.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer the same purchase price to all European consumers, regardless of the final destination.

VAT is included in the purchase price if we are required to charge VAT based on the sales thresholds in individual countries (this will be displayed in your order at checkout).

VAT is not included in the final purchase price if we do not meet the sales thresholds in individual countries or for most shipments outside the EU.

Import duties are not applicable to goods shipped within the EU.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with your local customs authority for details on customs fees.

We strongly recommend that you ship to a reliable address; TheraNatural e.U. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Furthermore, TheraNatural e.U. does not refund delivery costs or provide compensation for incorrect or invalid address information.

All customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these fees and unfortunately cannot predict them.
