For private customers, the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the Distance Selling Act (Fernabsatzgesetz) in their current form generally apply. If certain areas are not covered, the terms and conditions of matchatherapy.com apply.

Offer:

All prices in our online shop are considered an offer to the end customer. In the event of price changes, the prices valid at the time of the order always apply. Every order received is binding. As a rule, all items offered in the shop are in stock. Should this not be the case, you will be notified by email and can withdraw from the contract. Inquiries and offers are free of charge.

Delivery and Payment Terms:

All prices include VAT. We ship daily on working days.

Guarantee:

We guarantee to deliver only original MatchaTherapy™  goods. Should products be defective, they will be replaced according to the manufacturer's guidelines. The delivered and defective item must be returned in suitable packaging (antistatic, etc.). No replacement without return. However, the defect must be notified to us in advance by email. For warranty claims, the customer only has to cover the delivery costs themselves.

EGCG Test:

The catechin values ​​declared on our website, in promotional materials, and on all our products are tested minimum catechin values ​​and are always based on our most recent EGCG test (https://matchatherapy.com/#EGCG_Zertifikat).

MatchaTherapy Matcha is a premium organic natural product of the highest Ceremonial Grade. Each individual harvest is unique. Therefore, slight differences and fluctuations in taste, consistency, and catechin levels are naturally normal and cannot be ruled out.

Resale of MatchaTherapy products:

The resale of MatchaTherapy products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the manufacturer, TheraNatural e.U.
This also applies to the contents of MatchaTherapy products, such as the organic Matcha tea in loose form.
The organic Matcha may not be opened, refilled, or sold in packaging other than that approved by TheraNatural e.U.
The organic certificate and the EGCG test confirmation may only be issued by TheraNatural e.U. The use of our certificates and test confirmations for your own commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent and authorization. Any commercial resale must be expressly agreed upon in writing with the manufacturer.

In the event of a violation of these rules, TheraNatural e.U. is legally entitled to demand compensation for any damages incurred.
